Disclaimer: The GVCC makes available to the
user a broadband connection via cable modem. The GVCC makes
no promises as to speed of upload or download. The GVCC is
not liable for outages of the internet provider, power failures,
equipment failures, server interruptions or any other failure
of the system. The GVCC will make a good faith attempt to
advise the user if there is an expected system outage that
could affect the user’s internet access, when the GVCC
has been given sufficient advance warning to allow it to
do so. The GVCC will not be responsible for any losses incurred
by the user arising out of system or internet failure. The
GVCC will refund the fee charged to the user in the event
of system or internet failure.
